Data Mismatch Errors

Some players were briefly shown an "Update Required" screen when trying to log in. This was caused by a temporary server configuration issue — not a problem with your app or save data.

A fix has been deployed. If you're still seeing this message, please force-close and reopen the app. Your game progress is safe and no data was lost.

Delayed Rewards on S0000 Leaderboards

We've identified an issue where Labyrinth and Weekly Event rewards for Genesis shard players were delivered to an internal mailbox that is not visible in-game. S001 shard players were not affected.

We are currently reprocessing rewards for all affected Genesis players.

Resolved — Server Connection Errors

Some users experienced "Server connection error" messages when attempting to log in or link their Game Center / Google Play Games accounts. This was caused by a database configuration issue introduced during a scheduled deployment. The issue has been resolved and all authentication services are operating normally.

We have also implemented improved server-side error logging to ensure faster detection of similar issues in the future.

Leaderboards Degraded

Following the RC-1.20 release, some players experienced incorrect leaderboard scores and missing entries.

Multiple fixes have been deployed, and player scores are actively being corrected. We are monitoring for any remaining inconsistencies. Thank you for your patience.
